Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelenskyy Releases Desperate Statement On Social Media After Reportedly Getting Kicked Out Of The White House By Donald Trump
Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has taken to social media with a statement following the events that unfolded at the White House on Friday.
Zelenskyy was in Washington D.C. to meet U.S. President Donald Trump and other officials over a deal that would have seen America given access to Ukranian oil and other valuable minerals. But the whole thing was scuppered due to a tense exchange between the two leaders, with U.S. Vice President JD Vance also getting involved.
Trump accused the Ukrainian President of “gambling with World War Three” and told him he should be thankful for the assistance his country has been getting from America as the war with Russia would have been lost in “two weeks” otherwise.
The POTUS also advised his counterpart to find a way to make a peace deal with Russia, or the U.S. would withdraw all assistance.
Having told Zelenskyy to his face that he was “not nice” for refusing to show gratitude, Trump would take to his Truth Social platform to further criticize the Ukrainian leader.

Volodymyr Zelenskyy was also seen leaving the White House much earlier than planned, and reports claim he was kicked out.
He has since taken to X, formerly known as Twitter, to post a statement in which he expressed humility.
“Thank you America, thank you for your support, thank you for this visit,” he wrote. “Thank you @POTUS, Congress, and the American people. Ukraine needs just and lasting peace, and we are working exactly for that.”
Hopefully, all the thank yous shown above will change Trump’s mind.
